Hermes Vans

I stumbled upon this durring my usual blog browsing on Honestly WTF. The combination of upscale Hermes scarves with classic Vans provides for a spectacular set of kicks. I would love to slip my feet into a pair of these. Unfortunatley, it seems these shoes were made soley for stylist Robert Verdi. I wonder if these shoes are DIY-able.
